I want to make a gift to my father it was a cake, muffins or cookies or something similar. Does anyone really tasty recipes? I will not a cake with sugar substitutes, only low sugar / calories, like angel food

Here are a few that was used in the past are .......
If you are not a substitute for sugar ..... You can try ..... with a normal recipe and reducing sugars I have never tried ...

Diabetic Angel Food Cake
1 1 / raspberries 2 cups frozen, thawed
1 / 4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled, grated
5 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
3 cups fresh blueberries
10 Oz cake, Angel Ring
16 fresh mint (garnish)

Arrival
1 Place raspberries in a blender or food processor until smooth, cover and process can stop when scraping the sides.
2 Place raspberry sauce in a wire mesh strainer, press again with a spoon against the strainer to press the juice. Discard the seeds remain in the sieve. Return puree in a blender, add orange juice and sugar.
3 Place the ginger root in an 8-inch square of gauze. Bring on the edges of the fabric and the cheese, keep it safe.

Chocolate cake for diabetics

3 / 4 cup flour

1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon of tea. Vanilla

Sift dry ingredients. Mix coffee, cocoa, egg, sweetener, oil, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix just until smooth. Bake 8-inch square of butter. Cover with foil and in shallow containers with water. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven to 350 degrees. The turnout and cool on rack.
